During the initial session, which can last up to 90 minutes, I encourage the client to express concerns and /or reasons for seeking counseling. If I think that I can help another appointment will be scheduled and the client will be asked to fill out and bring in the forms linked to this page. If I do not think that I am able to help then I will recommend a counseling professional better suited to the client's needs.
I charge $75.00 for a 50 minute session and $100.00 for a 75 minute session. A reduced fee can be arranged if the client is experiencing financial constraints.
I accept cash or checks. Check with your insurance company for details about your mental health coverage. I will provide you with the necessary information in order to file for reimbursement.
I respectfully request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance so that another client might use that hour. In the event that you do not give me at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the missed session.
